Spending time in London I documented the life of the Head of Coffee for Watch House. Over the course of the days i got to spend with this company I learned about the complex and intense life of Coffee. From roasting to cupping, I learnt about the different stages of the coffee process and lengths they go, to supply their customers with the best product.
